Crime, crime, crime!

My house in PJ which i share with three other housemates, got broken into last weekend. Nothing major got stolen because one of my housemates were at home during that time and the robbers freaked out and bailed when they heard loud music coming from one of the rooms. I was in Johor visiting my cousins when the incident took place. When i heard about it from Marshmellow (who was actually sleeping in my room when the robbers came in), the first thing that i asked was, "Is Demon okay?" Sigh.

There have been so many cases of break ins in this past year itself. Its scary! And they dont just steal your material things, they steal your PETS too! I would have dropped dead if anything happened to Demon or Melrose. THANK GOD nothing happened.

And sooooo, a little advice: Please switch on your radio or tele when you leave the house and turn it up a little louder so that robbers would assume that there are people at home and they would think twice either to break in or not.

PS: I need a fierce looking doggy when i move to the new place. A big boned Dobie, perhaps? :)

Hello boys & girls.

I'm so sorry for not updating my blog. (The internet at home is still down. Sigh.)

I've been feeding on free WiFi wherever i go. But then again, i dont go out much. :( So, yeah. These are the latest updates in my life;

  1. I'm FINALLY moving out. :D
  2. Marshmellow's losing a ton of weight and his market seems to getting higher each day.
  3. Demon and Melrose are still pretty much the same. Except that Demon's losing a ton of weight as well. Not in a good way, that is. :(
  4. I just got back from JB today after visiting my dear relatives. I had a great time with their company and all the yummy yummy fooood!
  5. I'm putting on weight. -___-

That's all i can think of right now. My life is boring, as always. Except that i've been on a drinking spree for the past two weeks which makes my life a tad bit interesting. From Long Islands to countless Heinekken bottles and all the Tequila shots. (No wonder i'm putting on so much weight! With all the calories from the alcohol. Double sigh.)

Happy Monday, babies!

Bobo Lai Anthony. Teehee~

Our brand new family member. :)

Bobo.

As i mentioned in one of my previous posts, i was planning to get a doggie for my mum as a Mother's Day gift. But instead of buying a puppy, i'm adopting! My best friend rescued a very ill-treated Shih Tzu a while ago. And she had put him up for adoption but there was never a suitable adopter as there were wayyy too many of them wanting him for the wrong reasons.

Since i was looking for the perfect doggie for my mum, my best friend popped in and said, "Why dont you take Bobo?"

I was ecstatic. He's a very cheerful two year old that would definitely be able to cheer up my parents' lives! They're yet to meet. Wish me luck! :)

And i said, "I don't know."
So, yeah.

Sick, sad world.

My family and i have been keeping dogs our whole life. I remember all my childhood bedtime stories always involves having a dog in it. My father, being the dog lover he is always planted the love of animals in my heart. It is innate in me. I'm an animal lover.

But not all people love animals as much as the certain of us do. In my 22 years of living, i have seen many cruel acts done to animals. Even kids have no place in their tiny hearts for these voiceless creatures. The world is so cruel towards animals.

  • "They're just dogs."
  • "They dont have feelings."
  • "So, what?"

Phrases like these are so commonly used for animals. NO. THEY'RE NOT JUST DOGS. THEY DO HAVE FEELINGS. AND THEY DO MATTER. A small act of kindness goes a long way. Please stop animal cruelty.

"What do they know - all these scholars, all these philosophers, all the leaders of the world? They have convinced themselves that man, the worst transgressor of all the species, is the crown of creation. All other creatures were created merely to provide him with food, pelts, to be tormented, exterminated. In relation to them, all people are Nazis; for the animals it is an eternal Treblinka."
